Somis Investments believes the home buying experience should be personalized to each and every buyer. We are a company with deep, multigenerational roots in California. Each of our sites is unique as are each of our buyers. We’ve spent years getting our communities ready for construction and long after we are gone, we want those communities to continue to improve as great places to live. An example of this would be our new homes in Santa Maria, California: Celebrations II.
